I have started Pankaj Varma treatment on pilonidal sinus _{Page 8 of 14}

No I dont have Nat Sulph 6x.

The pills I have are: Myristica 6c , Silicea 6c ,Calc Sulph 200c , Nat Phos 6x ,Silicea 200c , Calc Sulph 6x , Myristica 200c , Berberis Vulgaris 4x about ten pills left, Ledum 30c one pill left, Belladona 200c.

Hi Nawaz,

I took 2 pills of Berberis Vulgaris 4x dissolved under the tongue and half an hour later I took Calc Sulph 200c wet dose four pills in two sips of water this morning. Is it ok to take these two meds on the same day?

I am flattered!

About two drops of dried blood- more of a light red stained faded colour. Not much pain at all today. The sinus is like the way it was in the days before it burst the last time. The sinus feels good again- it feels like its begining to get better again like the way it was about a week ago in the days before it burst. I dont know wheater its a cycle im going through which seems to have the sinus flare up and burst and then recover and close and feel better and then repeat the cycle again OR is it the fact that I have taken the Calc Sulph 200c, Ledum 30c etc. that it feels better today.

Hi Nawaz,

I have it about nine years. Nobody could ever tell me how I got it. They did say that the fact I had started a new job which involved sitting in a van a lot could of had something to do with it- that was the first time I went about it and got it examined and they then booked me in for an operation which I backed out of in the the end.
Then about two years ago I decided to get something done about it as the cyst had moved up to my lower back and was extremely sore always flaring up and oozing and destroying my quality of life physically and mentally. I got the operation done but the surgeon said that the sinus was so bad I would have to come back for a second operation. It was a truely dreadful experience before during and after the operation for me personally.

My Mind: I worry a lot I suppose especially up to about two years ago- ever since then I am getting mentally better and better- catching and stopping myself when I worry. Now that I think of it I was mentally as strong ,confident , happy, easy goin as anyone could be really just the year or two just before I got pilonidal sinus- never linked the pilonidal sinus to it untill just now- but maybe its a coincidence!? I had no superstition then either which I think has played havoc with me over the years Ive had pilonidal sinus although I have it fairly under control now. Also nervous facial/ eye movements during this time- not bad now though. Also something that probably still is a bit of problem for me is that sometimes if im talking to someone important and im looking them in the eye my eyes feel like someone just stuck their finger in it and it gets very watery, sore and the type of noise you would have in your ears after getting a poke in the eye and this could last for ten minutes. So I have fears in interviews speeches all these years of this thing happening to my eyes- but i suppose I am very very positive to be honest and I dont let it beat me but it has caused me a lot, lot of worry.

Energy: A little bit tired in last couple of days but thats ok now and quite unusual for me. I do a lot of sport and training at a high intensity so at times I could be naturally tired from that.

Likes, Dislikes- do you mean food?

Im 28 years old. Not married but have a partner and one child aged 1 and a half years.

I think ive told you enough peculiar things about myself already- so nothing further to add. Thats a lot off my chest- didnt realise mental issues played such a roll in homeopathy?

Likes: I like good food- natural and the fresher the better eg veg fish. But also like rich fatty food too. I like cream a lot lately. I like pickled onions and love all types of onions and garlic, beet root, beer wine. Love yoga and becoming more flexible and the benefits of it- physically strenght,fitness, mentall relaxation
Love watching movies. Like participating and winning in competition. I like clear instructions.

Dislikes: I dislike olives. pavolova -merguie since the operation.I dislike losing in sports etc. I dislike touching water or especially touching the palms of hands, feet when wet! Dislike ungenuine boasters, parents slapping children and vague instructions.

I feel better when: beside warm fire in cold weather, in country air, scenic beauty and near the sea.

I feel worse when: in rainy wet weather and gettin wet. Volumes up too high.

All of the above as far as im aware i cant pin point anythins that particularly effects my sinus.

The meds came today also: Nat Sulph 6x, Merc Sol 1m , Secale Cor 30c instead of Secale Conutum 30c -is that the same thing? And Berberis 4x ,Ledum Pal 30c.

Is it ok to drink decaffeinated coffee?

Cyst is open today, sore and sore last night too but not too bad now- about two drop of yellow/ brown and red discharge- probably pus mixed with blood- it was wet aswell. Thats all.

I took Berberis Vulgaris 4x this morning already- is it ok to take Merc Sol 1m now. How many pills in a dose of Merc Sol 1m and do I only take it today?

that seems like a very little amount- why dont I drink the whole lot out of the cup- is it that strong?

Just giving an update. The cyst is closing again and only less than a quatre of a drop of red blood this time came out on tissue and no more. No pain either. Feels much better.Is it time to get rid of this thing!?

Hi Nawaz,

Just reporting back to yourself. The cyst is closed today and very slightly sore to touch at the moment. A red colour dabble of substance very little has been comin out over the last few days when I wipe it with tissue. The cyst is almost flat, black in the centre, purple around that and then a thin red margin around that. Below that is the two pin holes together which is black, another pin hole beneath that- red/pink and then the pit is below that which is also black.

I took my last meds Merc Sol 1M five days ago.

I will have to order Arsenicum Album and it wont arrive until Thursday. Is there any other meds I need while Im putting in this order to save on the postage?

Its just coming to night time here now so ill start the Secale tomorrow. What does the Secale do and what does the Arsenicum Album do- just out of a matter of interest.
