Yes...quit the coffee :) I did it, you can too. But man do I crave it sometimes. I just love the taste!!!

I will watch the coffee intake. As it is I only drink 2-3 cups a week on the weekends. I will usually drink a cup of green tea once in the morning to avoid the headache.
I have realized a slight improvement. For me it is hard to tell, I don't seem to be too aware of symptoms except for the visable ones. I am trying to improve my diet and may just throw caution to the wind and eat all the vegetables that are on he goitrogenic list. If I pay attention to the list there are not many vegetables that I can eat and all of my favorites are on the list.

I recommend reducing the amount you drink slowly by adding more milk or water until you've given up the coffee and tea.
If you are feeling vague, general improvement, that is an indication that the remedy is doing good work for the long term.

No real improvement since my last post. I have been drinking less coffee and tea. None for the past two days and with only the twinge of a headache.

Again, with the Lyco shipment the enclosed info sheet stated that any dental work with drilling. grinding or ultra sonic cleaning will antidote the remedy. I have an dental appointment in a few days for cleaning. If it is limited to scraping will this be a problem? I can cancel if I need to.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you feel some decrease in the effect of the Lyc, then you can use it again.

It seemed there was a slight improvement early on but at this point I do feel as though it has worn off. I don't know what to expect but I haven't felt any change in awhile. I am not expecting miracles I am satisfied to wait for change if that is what is necessary.

Ok, so the first dose lasted less than 20 days. So, we're closer to establishing a regular schedule for the Lyc. LM1.
From now on...
To use it, shake the container of Lycopodium LM1 15 times, and then put one tablespoon into a 10oz container of filtered water. Then, drink one tablespoon of that and trash the rest.
You should use this once every two weeks. Please report occasionally how you are feeling on it.

I am pleased that you suggest I try more of this. I will do as you said when I get up in the morning, and I will post any results as I notice them. I will keep note of any changes and if it seem to wear off sooner then 2 weeks. Thank you again so much.

I am so sorry for taking so long to post. I did take the second does which was due on 11/29. I postponed it because I had a dental appointment for a filling, which required drilling. I thought it may antidote the lycopodium so I waited until after the dental work. I took it again on 12/01 and I still have much less back pain and I think I feel better, really hard for me to tell. I have noticed that it seems I want to eat more or more often than I did before. For me that is not good. I will post any other changes that I notice. Thank you

I tried quite a few homeo remedies in the past.
But I could not continue as they were making my mental symptoms worse.
Actually I suffered from depression, so homeopaths were trying to address my depression rather than thyroid.
The only remedy helped me little bit was kali bromutum.
Mentally, I am doing good now
Can anyone help me? Actually I would like to cure my thyroid.
