Please help Dr..'s Sever case of ezcema and food allergies

My 7 year old daughter is severeley allergic to Peanuts,treenuts,eggs abd now wheat, dust mold. she has severe ezcema on her chin, hands, behind kneees. and thighs, severly itches at night and bleeds her skin. her body becomes hot at night once I on the fan she is fine,drinks a lot of water. is very active, stuborn, loud voice tone, hair is always messy, loves to watch tv. her itching is mostly at night and when she goes to a heated room or where there are a lot of people.she starts to itch,cannot handle heat likes the fan on even in the winter snow. Please help me .
