ALFALFA- Which is the best tonic
hi, I am 31 year old male and I have digestive troubles and flatulence with IBS and recurring amoebiasis, I have read a lot about alfalfa tonic, but there are many alfalfa tonics with different compositions, can anyone recommend me the best alfalfa for depression and stomach disorders and weight gain. I have shortlisted alfalfa of the following companies on their quality factor but am confused about the composition, which one should I buy , they are SBL w, Medisynth and SchwabeThe composition in detail of the brands are below

One should first try constitutional treatment and diet modification.
If not possible then one can try Alfa Alfa Q (not in combination).
I had seen severe side effects of these combination formula so best to be avoided.

Sorry, but I didn't understand, Dr Saravanan & Dr Rakesh do you mean to say not to try Alfalfa and resort to regular homeopathy medicines?? Or you mean to say to select the one that matches to ones symptoms? What is constitutional treatment here?
