Enlarged adenoids - 2.5 year old

Hello; I am researching about homeopathic medicine for treating enlarged tonsils and adenoids for my 2.5 year old daughter. She is in very good health; growth has been in the 90-percentile since she was born; her weight is also good for her height. We eat nutritious food and avoid sweets and empty calories. She is a very smart kid, vivacious and outgoing; she expresses her emotions very strongly too. Ever since she was 8 months old, she has had many MANY ear infections, but those are mostly gone now (she will get one every 3-4 months). She now develops a lot of nasal mucus discharge that turns green very rapidly and last over a week (it happens about twice a month); if not treated promptly, she ends having sinus infections. Other than that, she is very healthy. I have discovered that I can treat the mucus with Apple Cider Vinegar, which takes care of the problem without needing a course of antibiotics. The problem we still have is her poor sleep (she sleep long hours, 8 pm to 6:30 am + a 2 hour nap, but not very soundly) and even when she is not tired during the day, she wakes up constantly during the night (at least 3 times per week). She snores, and frequently has a bad breath in the morning that seems to come 'from her nose'. Our ENT has determined that she needs her adenoids removed, but I would like to try a more holistic approach instead. One thing that is interesting to me is that she sleeps with her butt up, ever since she was a little baby. She is potty trained and goes through her day without potty accidents, but still wears diapers at night because she cannot go the whole night without urinating. What do you recommend? remedies? potency? dose?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Calcarea Carb 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects her in the next 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 10 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
