head pressure

well im getting alot of head pressure but mainly at night never in the morning and when i use to drink alcohol(which i gave up)the head pressure is like someone is grabbing my brain squeezing it really tight then letting go doesnt hurt that bad but is very annoying and makes me tired

do tell more about your headache - when it started and any other information - does it wake you? does it stop you sleeping etc.???
Also please - and this is very important - tell us more about the body and soul that is attached to the head!!! we must know more about your whole self, any other attached parts of you that have problems! :)

the headaches started when i got my tounge peirced but then it went away for ages now i have my labret done for a week and ive had the same pain for a week it doesnt wake me but it makes me more tired but im too scared to go to the doctor's silly i no

by labret do you mean a piercing on the labia? or elsewhere? sorry to be so ignorant but the name 'labret' is new to me - you also haven't told us if you are woman/man so I'm also not sure here of this.

If it is a piercing - wherever it is it would be wise to get it checked out. It is not unusual to be scared of going to the doctor - don't worry about this just go, it is much better than suffering believe me!!! Take a friend with you if it helps...
The headaches may be physical or they may be just because you are so worried whether the piercing needs checking out...?
Take the homeopathic remedy Ledum also, as this will help initially if there is any problem around the piercing.

by labret i mean peircing just under my lip it isnt infected it is clearing good, and i am a woman

Must examine the metal here. It is possible the metal of the piercings is irritating, but not seen.

Change off into another to test this.

yup maybe or just take it out altogether maybe a better idea,but i really wanted it done but that may not even be the cause of it not sure might go to the doctor just to be safe than sorry
