prostatitis

My husband has a prostate infection. He has been on antibiotics for 4 months and so far they haven't found the one that will work. He is miserable whilst on them as the pills make him nauseous despite taking a probiotic. They also give him very high blood pressure, maybe partly from anxiety. His prostate is not enlarged and he doesn't have painful urination just an ache that sometimes spreads down the leg. General feeling of malaise. At night he has a problem with frequency sometimes having to get up 4 times. His sleep quality is therefore poor. he feels hot most of the time sometimes sweating like with a fever.
He is 67 but generally seems much younger. He had a heart stent put in a year or so ago but has recovered well and until this prostate problem his blood pressure had been great and the doctors were happy. Lately all he wants to do is sleep. Can someone recommend something if not for the infection at least for the nausea. Also what can he take to put his immune system back on track after so many antibiotics.
