Diabetes

I'm 34
194lbs (was 201 when diagnosed 2 months ago)
The doctore says I am in the early stages of diabetes and I can reverse it.
I had 2 fungal infections which I showed the doctor I haven't had any since. The doctor put me on 500mg Metformin 2x daily.

I have since stopped eating fried foods
cut down on my sugar intake ( I was never a candy type)
I make 100 percent of the Juice that my family drinks.
cut down on starches and carbs.
I rearly eat bread for breakfast try to eat as much fiber as I can and only wholewheat bread.
I used Mauby(mavi)and cinnimon daily, I only feel sick when I get stressed.
Any advise?
I would really appreciate it!
