Burping
I have had IBS like symptoms for a good few years now which I am managing pretty well by taking Lepicol. However I am having burping fits recently. And although they originally would start around 4pm they then moved to evening and now are happening in the morning. They last a good few hours and are causing me a bit of distress as are very distracting and a bit uncomfortable. I wondered what remedies anyone would suggest? Many thanksSamia Rida on 2010-11-05

You may take Lycopodium 200 as follows and see how that affects in the next 10 days.
day 1 morning
first dose of Lyc 200
day 1 evening
second dose of Lyc 200
day 2 morning
third dose of Lyc 200
It this doesn't help you may take Nux Vomica 200 in the same way after 10 days.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.
