Knee Pains

Dear All,

I am a 26 year old normal healthy guy. Offlate I have started having pains in my both the knees. Whenever I get up from a chair my knees make a cracking sound and hurt. I am not over weight for my height(Height 6 ft; Weight 76 Kgs). Have not suffered any injury on my knees.

take Rustux 200 once a day in the morning before breakfast and cauticum 30 three times a day for a week. if got relief continue further. Before that take Sulphar 200 one dose a day.
