No need to worry.
Please take three wet doses of Arsenicum album 200c separated by 3 hours each on a SINGLE DAY ONLY.
Put 2 pills/drops of the remedy in 100 ml of water. Allow to dissolve for 10 minutes. Shake it with a spoon for 10-15 times. One teaspoon from the solution is one dose. Please stir 15 times before each dose. Throw away the solution after three doses have been taken.
Do let us know of your condition in three days from taking the remedy. And don't panick, let us know as and when there is any problem. We are there to help! :-)
