I hope you are doing well.

I took Sulphur 200 dose yesterday early morning. I am feeling good positive change in my mental outlook. Less pressure on chest as well.

On fistula front - today morning for first time I observed more than usual amount red blood mixed with bowel and on TP. During next round I saw little amount of blood on TP only. Discomfort wise I am feeling better in anus region. One positive thing I noticed was that fistula mound seems to be much smaller than before. Many Thanks to you as I strongly feel that I am on right path to recovery for fistula issue.

On itching front (I had taken Graphites 200C dose on 6-Jan-11) - I had this burning sensation (along with moderate itching) on my upper body (chest, neck, back etc) yesterday evening.

I shall wait for your instruction on next steps.

I have still not received niece's info, hopefully I shall have it today. I will post it as soon as I have it.

On another front, my wife has been suffering from pilesfor many years. Seeing my progress, she has now agreed to get homeopathic treatment. I know that you are keeping awfully busy, but will you be kind enough to look at her case and advise ?

As for niece, I did receive her answers. She is feeling better (in terms of itching) after Sulphur 200 dose on 5-Jan-11 but skin around skin eruptions is still hard and few skin eruptions can be still be seen on her legs, waist and bottoms (without itching).


For your niece, please ask her about her sleep and itching in bed? How much she scratches in bed and what happens after that?

- After Sulphur 200 Dose she is not itching while going to bed and she is sleeping well. Before the dose, she used to scratch few times on her legs, knee bends and bottom area while in the bed before sleeping.

What triggers her itching?

- she is not sure but tight clothing and sitting on carpet used to trigger it

I would like to know her worse and better moments impacted by what factors such as cold, warm, hot, eating and any other?

- no difference due to hot or cold or by eating anything in particular but she mentions sitting on carpet used to get her itching started (but not after Sulphur 200 dose)

What is her state of mind right now?

- she is feeling good as itching is less for her

What is the energy level?

- no change or drop in energy levels

How is the odor on the skin and how does it look now, dirty etc.?

- no odor. Skin eruptions have smoothed out. Skin around these eruptions is usually hard and still the same.

Does she feel cold or warm?

- she feels warm when she itches but otherwise nothing unusual

Does she have the sensations of tickling and crawling?

- she used to (before Sulphur 200 dose) feel crawling and her shoulders and legs which started itching as well.

Is she using any creams etc.?

- general moisturizing cream after taking bath

Itching Update - had a moderate itch attack yesterday evening.

fistula Update - continued to notice red blood on TP after BM today as well. No discomfort in fistula/anus region.

Hi Nawaz

This morning I noticed blood on TP after BM.

On itching - itching came off and on, on forearms and face but nothing severe. I had to apply moisturizing cream on forearms, which calmed down the itching.

Do I need to take any medicine today ? If required I can carry medicine to work.

I have update on niece's condition. She had lot of itching on her legs, thighs and chest this morning. Skin mounds on legs, waist and buttocks have become active again and can be seen in patches. She complained about having a feeling as though something is pinching her.

She last had Sulphur 200C dose on 9-Jan. She sleeps well and has general tendency to have mood swings where she is fine moment and next moment she would get upset and cry on small things.

Please advise on next steps for her.

Hi Nawaz, sorry for late reply on my wife's front.

We have two kids and have been married for 15 years.

She is not pregnant and last time she got her physical done (around a year back), she had normal uric acid.

She has external pileswith swelling on anus periphery/wall.

My itching is fine today but niece's itching flared up after I gave her update as normal.

Here is my daily update -

On itching front - minor itching/burning sensation is still there over my body
On fistula front - blood can still be observed on UG and TP after BM. I am not taking any medicine currently.
On mental setup front - feeling a bit depressed, sulky, tired and have been feeling higher heart palpitation rate over last few days as well.

On niece's itching - she again felt itching this morning like she did last evening. She has dry, itchy patches of skin eruptions over her body (mainly waist below), which bleeds when she scratches them. Using moisturizing cream does sooth the skin. She took Sulphur 200 dose on 5-Jan and Ars Album 200C dose on 9-Jan.

For wife please advise on pilesmedicine.

Few days back you had given following steps for making graphites 200C dose. Should I follow same steps this time as well ? And dose for niece - should that be prepared in similar way ?

Just pour 4 drops of the remedy into half of the small bottle mineral water (about 8.5 FL OZ), then, hit the bottle about 10 times on your left hand palm. After that take a spoon full or two caps of the same bottle.
