Yes Nawaz. She has cough as well and has been complaining of body ache and head ache for past 2 days. Although her body feels warm, fever was close to normal today.

Her itching and skin eruptions are less after taking Ars Alb 200C drops on 12-Jan.

Please advise medicine for her.

We have Rhus Tox 200C pills with us (we do not have Rhus Tox 30C pills with us).

Is it possible to use Rhus Tox 200C instead or some other medicine ?

Niece is much better today and she called to convey her thanks to you.

For her, there is no body/head ache but nose congestion and minor cough is there.

Is there followup medicine she can take to take care of these niggles ?

Niece is doing better. She was given another dose of Rhus Tox 200 yesterday night, just before going to sleep.
Her skin eruptions are better but she does itch on her leg calves and thighs during evenings, though itching is much less than before she took medicines prescribed by you.

My fistula is much much better. Skin mound is still there and there is no drainage happening.
I do see bit of traces of blood on TP, which could have been caused by rigorous wipe after BM, rather than anything else.
I do feel minor discomfort/pain around fistula very very occasionally but things are much much better than what they were 2-3 months back.

On my itching, it is still there in evenings but not to a point that scratches lead to bleeding, which was the case till early Dec-2010.
On my mental getup - I feel tired, devoid of energy and depressed.

I shall get Mrs's health update soon.

Hope you are doing well.

I took Merc Sol 200 yesterday night. For some reason I am feeling bit nauseated today morning. I will be starting with Berb Vulg 3 doses today, to be taken for next 3 days.

One new thing - my tooth gums have been bleeding for past 4-5 days during brushing.

On Mrs's side - no pilesissue these days and pain/itchiness is no longer there.

Please advise if we need to change any medicine or stay the course suggested yesterday.

Nausea is 75% better now but bloated stomach feeling is still there.

There is no bleeding in the gums other than while doing brush. There is no drooling or bleeding when I sleep. Till 4-5 weeks back, I used to have dry mouth and used to get up in night to drink water but not anymore.
There is no pain in mouth at anytime as well.

Bloated feeling is still there. I have Ipecacuanha 30C pills with me. I will take them after dinner.

After first dose of Berb Vulg this morning, there was little bit of watery discharge from fistula. Now I don't feel there is anything draining from fistula.

Niece's health is back to normal now.

I shall post update tomorrow morning if nothing else changes tonight.

My fistula is doing fine and no blood on TP after BM. Today will be the 3rd day for Berb Vulg Q dosage.
My gum is no longer bleeding and nausea has gone as well. However low intensity body itch is still there.

Thanks to you Mrs and niece are doing as well.

On Mrs' health issue, one thing we forgot to mention was that she has cracked heels, regardless of season. This issue is hereditary for her.
She often peels out skin from cracked heels which causes discomfort. Is there some medicine she can take for it ?

I completed 3 day Berb Vulg course yesterday. I am not noticing any blood on TP. Pea sized mass is still there though.

My itching is still there, which got worse once I got to bed yesterday night. Please advise if I should take Graphite 30 dose.

Update on blood from fistula - I last took Berb Vulg on 30-Jan night and took Graphites 30C dose on 31-Jan.

Today morning, like previous instances, within 2 days of berg vulg dosage stoppage, I again noticed blood on TP after BM.

Please advise on medicine to take. Body itch is under control after Graphites 30 dose.

I took Merc Sol 200 dose on 27-Jan. Should I take Merc sol dose tonight ?

Mrs Heels have been cracked for past 4-5 years. It cracks up due to dryness, when cream is applied it does heal up little bit.

Is there any medicine for permanently fix this issue for her. She is currently not taking any medicine and last took Ars Alb 200 dose on 24-Jan.
