I and Mrs shall take recommended doses.
We do not have Agaricus Muscarius 30C with us. It will take us few day in getting it.

Update from niece's side - she is complaining of body itch being back again. One thing we forgot to mention for niece that she used to have nose bleeds during summer/dry weather time.
Last summer she was advised to take Ferrum Phos 6X (during summer time only) and she did not have nose bleed during whole of summer.
She last took Ars Alb 200C wetdose spoonful on 12-Jan. Please advise if she needs to take this dose again.
I am confused on how to take these doses. Should it be 5 drops in half glass of water and drink all or just a spoonful ?
Yesterday I had Mrs take half glass of water with 5 drops of Ars Alb 200C completely.

My update as of today is that I noticed lot of blood after BM (mixed with stool and on TP).
I have noticed that my appetite has gone down while taking Merc Sol 200 dose. I did not take lunch y'day and woke up being a bit constipated.
I took Graphite 30 dose on 31-Jan, Merc Sol 200 - 5 drops on 2-Feb and 8 drops dose of Berb Vulg on 3-Feb.
As per your advice, I am scheduled to take 11 drops of Berb Vulg on 8-Feb.

Although it sounds silly, since fistula tube is close to anus, but I am not 100% sure if the blood in stool was from fistula or anus.
I noticed a drop or two on TP on first wipe.
I have Nat Sulph 6X salt with me. Will it work if I buy Berb Vulg 30C pallets for now, until I order liquid dilution ?

Unfortunately I was unable to get Berb Vulg 30 pallets as well, so I will have to order these online and it will take some days for them to reach me.

A - I think it is from fistula. I am not feeling any drainage from the fistula during the day. There was some minor burning sensation around fistula/anus for past 2 days (not today) but no itching.
I will have to notice more closely on it. If I feel anything different tomorrow, I will let you know ASAP.
Q - Why didn't you eat yesterday? I don't think this is due to Merc Sol. dose.
A - I had 2 of small sized veg pattie burgers in breakfast yesterday morning (which was more than what I usually eat during breakfast) but feeling of fullness has been there for past 2 days.

A - I noticed more than few drops of blood along with stool in the pot. I had noticed this 7-8 weeks back when fistula was draining actively with blood.

It wasn't gas problem. My appetite seems less than usual for past 2-3 days.
No burning sensation today and though nausea is not there, I don't feel 100% nausea free.
Can we wait for few days for Berb Vulg 30C to arrive ?

Update from my end is that today morning I did not notice blood mixed in stool but I did see minor traces of blood on TP.
There is no itching or burning in and around anus.
To answer pending question -
Q -What is the color of fistula outside skin and its mouth?
A - skin mound is normal colored but the mouth of skin mound/fistula is reddish in color.
Today morning I took dose of Camphor 30C as 5 drops in half glass water and drank the complete thing.
Like before my body itch returned yesterday evening as soon I got in bed. I had to apply moisturizing cream on arms and legs to calm itch down.

I had 1st dose at 8:45am and second dose at 11:15am and itching outbreak started watching Steelers making a comeback, at around 4:30pm.
Right now it seems to be fine but itch outbreak does make appearance suddenly.

I noticed very small trace of blood on TP this morning and it is coming from fistula tube.
Itching is there mainly on face right now but not as bad as yesterday. I shall post back in evening later, if anything changes.

You must start on Berberis Vulgaris Q, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times a day, for 1 week.
For your son, I would like to start him on Staphysagria 30C, 4 pellets, 3 times a day, for 1 week initially.

I shall start on your prescription tomorrow. However you had advised on procuring Berb Vulg 30C yesterday. I have been taking Berb Vulg for last couple of months. So should I continue with it ?
As for Staphysagria 30C, I have Staphysagria 200C liquid with me. Is there any other way Staphysagria 200C can be taken ?

BV 30C will be perfect at this stage. If you can get it soon as it is needed now? You already have BV q, therefore, I decided to go with it.
Staph 30C is the correct remedy to correct your son's all issues. Staph 200C will not do the job for your son, you may take 200C for yourself, if you have any ED issues. You see Amit, potency selection is the heart of the whole thing in homoeopathy.
