Fracture

Hello,

I recently fractured 2 bones in my ankle and torn some ligaments. It was 3 week ago today. I have been taking some traumeel for 3 weeks and started taking some Symphytum officinal last week.

How long should I keep taking those two for and is there anything else beside or instead that would help me heal faster and better? I would love some advice!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Use Calcarea Phos. 6X and also magnasia Phos. 6X . Calcaria Phos for Bones and Magnisia Phos. helps to reduce pain also
