Hi ,
I need to fully understand what is an eruption. Passkey, do you mean one, two, three or several outbreaks. That way I will know if I will need the remedy again. Also, Under my armpits are itching intensely even after the initial remedy. This just started tonight. Also, I have 2 or 3 other bumps trying to develop. I will wait until tommorrow morning to see if the bumps on my face go down. I am hanging in there with this horrible nightmare, like I have never in my life seen.
Thanks

Hi Marapplwht--
I'm sorry if I've frightened you at all. I really didn't mean to do that. :-(
Yes, herpes is a lifelong illness. If any person gets it, they will have it for life. Even if you have no outbreaks on your genitals, it can be transmitted to a sexual partner. The best defense against that is a condom and/or dental dam.
Here's some good, reliable info on safe sex:

Your sexual partner should have a herpes test done RIGHT AWAY. There is a good chance he or she may also have herpes.
Herpes goes into remission, or shows no symptoms, from time to time. This is normal and natural. There are some new prescription drugs available that cause remission -- they are called "suppressants" as I mentioned in my first post to you above. Suppressants do not "push the disease into your body" or anything like that, they kind of "convince" the virus to go into remission. That's all.
Here's some info from the Herpes Viruses Ass'n of the UK:

Your physician or gynecologist can tell you much more than I can. I STRONGLY advise you talk to him or her about it.
If you do not have a physician or gynecologist and you live in the USA, you can go to Planned Parenthood. They are excellent!!
If you do not live in the USA, you can check with your local health department for a clinic in your area that can help you. Please make an appointment soon!
But... you are NOT doomed! People with herpes can and do lead normal lives. But you need to see a professional healthcare provider, at least to teach you more about the herpes virus and what it does. OK? After that, you can read and learn more and make your own, well-informed decision on what medications to take, if you choose to take any at all.
I wish you the very, very best Marapplwht. I hope you find something to help stop the outbreaks!! :-)

Certainly you are not doomed.!
You may well be much worse off if you take Orumes advice.
Orthodox medicine will suggest strong pharmaceuticals that will drive the symptoms deep into the body and cause endless chronic conditions.
By all means see a pofessional -- BUT make sure that it is a HOmEOPTHIC professional!.
