Thyroiditis

Hello Health Forum,

I thought that perhaps you can help me with my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, an imbalance in the body caused by the thyroid gland creating antibodies against and eventually destroying itself. It is considered an autoimmune disease. I often experience low energy and sadness and my stomach frequently hurts as if it were inflamed. Things often get too much for me easily, physically, emotionally and intellectually. I previously thought I had simple hypothyroidism. Is there a difference in treatment? Any suggestions welcome!

Thanks so very much!
