sleeping 13month old
HiMy son is 13 months now and has been a bad sleeper since birth. He mostly sleeps through the night now from 7- till 5.30-6am. He still has 2 naps during the day but they are rarely over 45min. He often wakes really upset and takes ages to calm down. On the occasions he has a longer sleep he wakes and is quite happy. but during the day he just seems to struggle to get into the next sleepcycle. He is also quite restless and has no patience to sit in his highchair to eat or for nappy changes, getting dressed etc. He is the happiest when he can play outside. Inside he is very hard to entertain.
I had a look at the self-diagnose tool but came up with different thing so hoping there is anyone who can help. Cheers

Please give him three doses of phosphorus 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days.
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 10 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like don't eat or drink anything within 15 minutes before or after taking medicine.

So do I only give it those 3x and then not for the next 2 weeks? He is also teething for the moment and I am giving him homeopathy spray for that when he is sore. Should I wait until he is better or can I start already?

Hi
It has been 16 days since I gave my son the phosphorus. Unfortunatly we haven't really seen any improvement. We had about 2-3 days that were really good, but the last week has been worse than before. Crying out in his sleep several times and then waking properly at least once. He is crying hard out (as if he is terrified) and I often have to feed him to go back to sleep)
Should I give hime another 3 doses of P or should I try another remedy?
