Hope you are in the best of health and spirits. An update on my symptoms:

Constipation is fine.Pain in rectum has gone. Stools are comparatively soft but feeling of fullness is still there as if i have eaten a lot. At times stomach ache due to gas.

All of a sudden there is lot of acne on face for last one week. Nose is red and swollen. Pimples mainly around nose and are cystic in nature. They are like hard nodules beneath the skin. Not much pustules or oozing types. Face is looking dull

A small cyst in vagina. Also had a heavy reddish brown sticky discharge two days back. Not there any more.

Feeling dull and drowsy al the time. May be coz of my face. Also dont want to talk to anyone and be with myself only to avoid any suggestions and sympathy for my face.

Pain in ovaries on and off. Rest everything is good.

Actually i forgot to ask whether I should stop BV Q and Cinnamomum Q when i take Arsenic.

I have taken Arsenic 200 right now as till yday i was having Cin Q and BV Q. Everything else is better now except my face which is breaking out a lot. No constipation and no pains anywhere mashallah. Will be going for an ultrasound this weekend and will revert with the reports.

A good news to share with you. went through an ultrasound just an hour back and so excited to share the good news with you. The two small cysts on the left ovaries no more. One small cyst on the right ovary also gone. The one big cyst measuring 9 cm has now become a bi-lobed cyst measuring 4.3 cm in diameter. So Alhamdolillah your help and prayers have really worked.
Will mail you the detailed report later but right now just wanted to share good news with u at the earliest.

Also just to remind u about my sisters thread.

Now the detailed report:

i. Uterus is retroverted and bulky due to fibroid in posterior wall of body of uterus (intramural) with variegated internal components pushing the endometrium anteriorly measuring 63 mm X 16mm X 25mm

ii. Right ovary shows anechoic bilobed thin wall cystic lesion measuring 46mm X 36 mm X 37 mm (last time was 79mm X 45mm X 65mm). Largest cystic component measuring 41 mm.

Left ovary seen in POD (last time 2 cysts 19mm X13mmX17mm and 19mm X16mmX 18mm)


Now Alhamdolillah good thing is that the left ovarian cysts have gone and right ovarian cysts have reduced in size. I am so thankful to you for everything.

Only bad news is that the fibroid has grown so much in size that the uterus which was earlier anteverted has now become retroverted. Doctor told me that its a matter of grave concern. Due to that reason even the left ovary is seen in pouch of douglas which is at the back of uterus. So right ovary is at the normal position but left is gone at the back in the pouch of douglas. Doctor confirmed that i am patient of endometriosis which has lead to change in position of uterus. But im very sure that your help and my moms prayers will take me out of all this mess inshallah :)

I read the post today only. Its third day of my menstrual cycle today. For menstrual cramps i took the remedies you advised last time. But not much relief. Pains are becoming more and more and also cycles are very short .this time it was 23 days.

Will start sepia 200 from tomorrow and then will report further progress.

I am feeling better now as periods are over. Took last dose of Puls last evening. I just wanted to report afresh all the present symptoms:

1. Periods early than their normal time and extremely painful. Pains in the abdomen and even in the sides. Mag Phos and Colocynth didnt help much. I use to get relief say for an hour only. Now even after the periods are over there is pain here and there in the abdomen which comes all of a sudden and then vanishes on its own. Mainly pains are in the inguinal region and also cutting pains in vagina. Menstrual blood dark brownish in colour and flow was a bit less than normal.

3. Constipation during menstruation. Due to hard stools extreme pain in rectum. Difficult to sit.

4. Whole face clear but nose red and swollen with few pimples/ pustules. One can spot my nose from far away distance as its so red/ maroon.

5. Uterus retroverted and bulky.Uterine Fibroid measuring 63 mm X 16mm X 25mm. cyst in right ovary.

So thats the list of my current symptoms. I have not taken any dose of sepia 200 as u asked me to put it on hold. Please let me know the next step.
