I took 3rd dose of Alumen 200 just now. I am not doing well as there is constipation, lot of pain and bleeding in rectum while passing stool. There was lot of blood all around and for that matter there is loads of pain. also while offering namaz i was having pain in left side of pelvis. So overall not feeling well today

thanks for the prompt response. I'll take mag phos as suggested. What happened is that i had no urge for toilet yesterday. I was feeling heaviness and i passed stool today after two days. Stool was hard (the first part ) and it took quite effort and pressure to come out. Due to that pressure i had bleeding in rectum. So pain which was already there it got aggravated. In my opinion culprit is hard stool due to which pilesget worse. If only stools will be soft the pain will also go away inshallah. Now pelvic pain has subsided on its own. In few days i would also be going for a pelvic ultrasound to know the pathology. Rest is good and thanks a lot

I took Mag Phos in sehri and now when i woke up I am feeling better. Pain has reduced and I can go to office. I am suffering from constipation from around 7-8 years and pilesfrom 3 years i think. But initially i wasn't aware that its called piles. Kind of piles i dont know but a small piece of flesh is hanging outside the anal opening.At times they are bleeding and at times they are not bleeding. whenever the stools are soft then there is no problem at all. Also i always forgot to mention that i am having lot of itching in that region and its so troublesome coz i cant do anything about it in public. These days tolerable pain was there for quite sometime even though stools were soft. yesterday it became really bad. But in sehri i again had urge to pass stool. Stool were soft but still i had lot of pain coz piles seems quite swollen/ grown in size. Also earlier it was hard to touch but for few weeks the piece of flesh has softened. Thats all i can recollect about this specific problem. I have last taken thuja 1000 will 200 still work?

No they are not like purple grapes. size is much smaller than grapes. And it just keeps on hanging, there is nothing to be pushed inside. Its a piece of skin, a tag may be 1 cm..its as if there has been a cut in the anus due to hard stool and pressure..im not sure if im able to explain it in the correct manner.

I will take thuja tonight before going to sleep

Also wanted to update that i am having one of the worst acne in a long time. Pimples are yellow pus filled and I am so sad that on Eid I will not look pretty. Its almost after an year that I had such a bad break out on my face. Its not not acne which i keep on having off and on. Please suggest a suitable remedy so that these pimples might dry on their own. I am also hopeful that Thuja might work as in past it had worked for my skin. Hoping for the best

Its been two days since i took Thuja. No improvmenet so far. Constipated for two days. Acne as usual not even slight relief. But one thing I understood is that I got this sudden bout of acne cozi had eggs in sehri for 3 consecutive days and in past eggs have done a lot of damage to my skin. So for now i am abstaining from eggs.

I have got calc flour 6x and hamemelis Q. but couldn't get Collinsonia Q. Hopefully should get in next few days.

Please guide further

Wishing u a belated Eid Mubarak. I am back after Eid celebrations. I took calc flour for 3 days but then my periods started within 2 weeks of my last periods. so i stopped calc flour as u always say no remedies to be taken during periods. Constipation is no good. Had real bad time last week. For two days I am bit better coz I got loose motions and that helped me to some extent. Skin is fine not that bad.

Rest is good. I hope you had a great festive time with family.

Yes constipation is a major problem with me which leads to fissures/ haemorrhoids.
early periods is a regular problem from last 1.5 years. Its not always early but at times they do come early after three weeks. But this time it was earliest. But i remember that in Ramadan my cycle has always been effected. This time in ramadan i also had to do lot of travelling plus shifting of house and then you know that last ten days involve lot of ibadat in night leading to very little sleep and then eid preparations. So overall last two weeks were too busy and body was over stretched beyond limit. Therefore i was expecting early periods. on the other hand my last periods were ten days late and this time 2 weeks early so cycle is disturbed for sure. Also it was quite profuse bright red in color this time and also painful but not that bad as always.

I will start alumina 30 from today inshallah. Thanks a ton for everything and your kind words :)

After my periods were over I took Alumina 30 for three days. There is a bit improvment in constipation as to stools are not that hard. But still there is no urge to go to toilet. I have to plan it in the morning. I wll be starting puls 30 from tomorrow after a days gap. Will keep you further updtaed on the issues

I hope u r doing good by grace of Almighty. I have taken Puls 30 for three days. But now again pilesis back. Today morning was really bad. Again stool was very hard and so having pain in rectum which is gradually rising.

I would request you to choose some other remedy for me. May be inshallah something else works better. Also please suggest whether i should carry on with Calc flour 6x.

Please give your complete state of mind right now?

State of mind is not good. I am very sad and depressed these days. Every time after periods there comes a pimple/ boil in labia due to which coition becomes impossible. And even after it disappears the vagina seems very constricted (as if there is some blockage) which makes coition almost impossible. If we try then its so painful that i cant describe it in words. I feel disgusted and guilty for my husband. I feel like going away from his life when I cant give him a normal life and children. I feel the entire purpose of marriage is missing in my life. Why should I stop him from having the normal pleasures of life. due to this emotional turmoil I want to go away from everyone where there is no one to sympathise with me and ask me anything. Life is very very difficult with all this physical and emotional pain.

How many hours are you sleeping at night?

I am sleeping well Alhamdolillah for 7-8 hrs
though everytime before going to sleep i do cry a lot.

Do you eat nans?

No I have made it a point not to eat naans as it aggravates my problem. May be once in two months I eat them in any party but not on regular basis.

What do you usually take for constipation?

As per ur advise I am taking Isabghol twice a day. Along with that I am taking papaya, apple, pomegranate, cucumber, dahi and all good things. Occasionally i do get into oily and masala stuff but thats rare.

I went for my follow up ultrasound scan today. Good news is that the cyst in the ovary has considerably reduced in size. Alhamdolillah now its just 3.5 cm in size (when i started the treatment it was 9 cms besides two other small cysts. My gynae told me it can not be reduced by medicine and surgery is only option). The fibroid has also reduced and now its not pushing the endometrial lining (but not considerable reduction). The position of uterus (retroverted) still remains a problem and thats whats causing so much pain in coition as well as causing constipation (as it pushed the rectum back. Last tiem u recommended sepia for change in position of uterus but didnt continue for a longer time. Please see if we need to take it again and in higher potencies.

So today im happy though pain because of pilesis sevre. I cant do without pain killers. Sitting is impossible. The cyst in vagina has reduced as always (generally goes in 4-5 days).

Face is having some dark eruptions/ cysts (not pus filled or blotches).

I have started taking alumen from last night. I am having hydrastis 30 as u started my treatment with this remedy only.

I've today completed 5 days of alumen. Staph i have started from yesterday night. The latest update is that stools have become much better and comparatively easy to expel but pain in rectum after toilet is not subsiding at all. The pain is very severe and takes hours to subside. So there is partial improvement mashallah. Pain while coition is still there. I'm not getting peace of mind due to that reason. But i'm sure with your sincere guidance and prayers i will be fine inshallah.
