I've today completed 5 days of alumen. Staph i have started from yesterday night. The latest update is that stools have become much better and comparatively easy to expel but pain in rectum after toilet is not subsiding at all. The pain is very severe and takes hours to subside. So there is partial improvement mashallah. Pain while coition is still there. I'm not getting peace of mind due to that reason. But i'm sure with your sincere guidance and prayers i will be fine inshallah.

Thank you so much for keeping an update on my condition. Actually my periods startd two days back so i didnt start sepia. Once periods are over i will start on sepia 30. stools are much better but pains are unbearable almost everyday. I have no other way except to take allopathic pain killers. I hope inshallah soon this problem wil also get solved

Here I am talking of pains caused due to piles(after toilet daily for six to eight hours).

About menstrual pains I am thankful that the duration has reduced and also Mag Phos 1M helps a great deal in that.

yes i got all of them except colinsonia q which i couldn't get so far. Calc flour i used for sometime as per your instruction.. i want to stress this fact that my pilesare mainly non bleeding and bleed on very few occasions when stool is too hard. Pain is always there even if stools are soft and easy to pass. So please keep that aspect in mind that main concern is pain and not bleeding.

The MC is over now and I have started on sepia from yday. Pains are like very sharp cutting pains in the rectal area which makes sitting impossible. Dont know how else to describe pain. Also acne is back on my face. And one of the major problem is a pimple/ cyst on the vaginal opening which recurs after every cycle. Please see if u can find a remedy which covers this aspect as well

How are you doing these days? I am doing ok. Nothing much to report. Had sepia two weeks back for five days. Coition is less painful now but not really comfy. These days face is breaking out especially chin and nose. Yellow pus filled pimples which are quite painful. Past few weeks took some herbal treatment for pilesand it has given relief to some extent. Rest is fine by Gods grace.

Please suggest me something for acne and always remember me in yr prayers

I hope you are doing good by grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdolillah I have a very good news to share with you.. Just got to know that I am 5 weeks pregnant.. Cant thank you enough for your support and prayers.. May Almighty Allah give you everything you strive for..Except for my family u r the first person whom i have shared this news with as I am sure you must be really glad to know this. Thanks for everything and I seek your continuous guidance in this delicate stage of my life as well

I am doing fine by grace of Almighty Allah. Took helonias Q for 5 days. For now facing normal pregnancy related problems like bloating and heaviness. Dont feel like eting anything at all but then i have to eat healthy stuff. Also constipation n hard stools have started once again which has lead to pain in rectum. I am afraid it might lead to heamorrhoids.

Seeking your prayers and guidance.

I am doing fine by grace of Almighty Allah. Some problems need your attention. Extremely bloated stomach, gas and indigestion. Whatever I eat (though I am taking lightest possible meals) it takes forever to digest. I am unable to sleep at night whole last week. Piles problem started again and now again toilet is a punishment for me. Extreme pain in rectum which is making life miserable.

Piles are hanging piles. Pain is like i have inserted thorns inside. I am scared going to toilet as its quite painful to pass stool.After toilet there is also burning sensation.Sometimes they bleed also but bleeding is not that much. Its mainly pain which kills me. Its constant pain for 6-7 hrs and then it subsides. It hurts max when I am sitting.

Regarding gas and bloating I think my digestive system has become very slow and I am not able to digest anything in the evening. Morning breakfast is fine but as the day progress it starts getting bad. Evening is worst time and im unable to sleep till midnight. Then by 4 am i get bit comfortable and sleep. So overall my digestive system has become worst than ever.

Rest I have got my blood tests done.Once ill be getting the reports I will share the same with you. I just cant believe I have got this happiness in life so soon. Except for prayers of everyone I am especially thankful to you for this great thing and I pray that your other patients who are struggling with infertility may also get the good news soon Inshallah
