Change your diet and start with 5 drops of Crateagus (Hawthorne) Tincture three times a day in water after meals. If this is tolerated gradually rise to 20 drops. In a recent patient the Cholesterol was normal in 2 months but usually it takes a bit longer.

Garlic is really good for high cholesterol. You can use the homeopathic in low potency, or make the tincture - Kuldeep has detailed the method somewhere. maybe 2-3 pages back.

You may also consider using Arnica 1M. This remedy helps to increase the blood flow that in your case is impeded by the cholesterol and with the addition of the Crateagus Q it may help you to overcome your problem. Please have regular blood tests done every 3 months to verify your cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
The method to be used for Arnica 1M is as follows:
Get a 500ml bottle of spring water
Pour out 100ml from the bottle.
Put in 3 pellets or 1 drop of the remedy into the bottle.
Bang the bottle hard on a cushion and watch for the water to fizzle like it does when you open a bottle of soda. This is called succussing and it must be done 4 times before every dose. This raises the potency of the remedy slightly.
Sip 1 teaspoonful twice daily.
