We can use a higher potency for your mother of Arnica 200 to see if it can help her.

Give it to her thrice daily and report. Continue with the Nat Phos 6x.

I regret that I cannot diagnose the reason for this unusual fluctuation of BP.

It would be useful if you can report her BP range in say 12 hours taken every hour.

and her bp after paralysis is mostly low around 105/65 day.
after every hour mostly reading of bp around 105/60.

her normal bp was before paralysis is 130/85

Simone is correct in advising you to use a separate thread for each patient but since you have been on this thread you cannot change to another at this juncture.

I cannot account for your mother's BP which you state you first noticed after her recent medical problems. In any case this low BP is not dangerous and I would like to know what her Heart Rate is in BPM and also if she has any pain in her chest or suffers from Vertigo.
