urgent help please for fip

Hi i am hoping someone can give me some advice i have a 11 month of persian neutered boy in the vets at the moment with suspected dry fip so i am in urgent need of any help that will help poor sunny, he is in early stages at the moment and is being give steroid treatment.
PLEASE EMAIL ME OR POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
