My son, diagnosed Autistic - Any Homeopath with autism experience please help

I have very little idea about homeopathy, but learning every day little by little. My son who is 4 years old and has been diagnosed with autism.
He is verbal but has many autistic symptoms. He understands pretty much what I say to him instructions wise and knows how to express whats his needs are and what he does not want. However he does not like to answer questions.
He is extremely attached to me to the point I cannot go to the bathroom alone. Also he needs to collect all his toys before when ever we go out of the house.

He can be socialable with other children however he would not share any toys with them or play interactively.

He has learnt to use the toilet on his own and will come up to me and tell me.

He tends to run up and down a lot and play practicle jokes endlessly and finds it all funny. He has a lot of energy!

He likes to sleep on his front most of the time and there is always night sweat on the head , neck and body. I have to change his clothes every night to address this matter.

Anyone with any ideas how I can help my son would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You should have a look at this website by Dr. Tinus Smits. He developed a method for treating Autism with homoeopathy he called CEASE. I am currently reading his book on this method.
