I have been a victim of masturbation since years. But this year someone told me a medicine to get rid of this habbit. It worked wonders for me and finally I left the habbit. But the bad effects are still a concern.
My serious concerns are:
Sexual weakness: My penis never gets erect, it is very rare to get erection (like once in a month for a few seconds and that too imperfect erection). Testis are always loose (saggy). Even if I see something nude on the tv, I don't attain erection. Just the prostatic fluid is released without erection. Totally decreased libido.
Physical weakness: Sunken face, I lost all the flesh due to this bad habbit. Even if I eat the most nutritious food, my face doesn't look healthy.
No girl wants to marry me.
Please reply with your valuable advice.
Thank you

Earlier, a doctor told me to take damiana Q and avena sativa Q, I took it for 20 days, but no effect on my sexual problems.
So should I take these medicines? And what should be the dosage, and for how long.
Thank you
