Also, I forgot to mention that I suffer from bloating problem, gas. In a nutshell, I cannot empty my stomach at one go. Because of that I suffer from bloating stomach, gas, uneasiness. Can you add some medicine to heal the type of constipation i have.

Out of all the URINE PROBLEM is the most critical because drops of urine fall involuntary, and every time I have to wash my lower body before prayer.
