That is some good description of the problem - I will look that over today.

Do you have a bottle and dropper to dissolve the pillules in? Do that - mix alcohol and water together in the bottle(1 part to 5 parts), dissolve the pillues, hit the bottle twice, and try to squirt a small amount in his mouth (or drip one-two drops into his mouth if he will let you do that).

How many pillules please

Sorry I left out the '2 pillules' part of those instructions.

Thank you David! BTW, he DOES appear to be craving sweets.

If craving for sweet is there then go ahead with arg nit 200c. God willing it will work but pl keep patience. It will not be a quick fix.

Well this is Daktersaab's prescription so you can think him if it works :)

Hello David and daktersaab,

I think it may be working! He seems to be improving a bit. I squirted the solution into his mouth. Can I dose again?

antied77 last decade
A BIG NO PLEASE.
Please do not repeat the dose at all now.Till the improvement is there. It is very much better to be late in giving medicine than hurriedly repeat & repent.Wait for further action & be in touch.
Thanks for the feedback!

daktersaab last decade
Yep that is good advice for the moment, wait and watch.

thanks guys. I'm not seeing any major real improvement...in opinion he's leveled off now. Still fearful but a little less than before.

For psychological problems, you need to wait at least 30 days to notice any results.

Give him a dose and wait for at least 30 days.

wait for one more week & if you really feel that the improvement is stopped & there is no further progress, then just give one dose of SULPHUR 30c & forget for at least 10-15 days.Let loose of him & let him run about & enjoy the fun alone all by himself that will ease up his fears, if any.

Hello daktersaab,

So you recommend that I let him run about alone after waiting 10-15 after receiving the dose? Do I make the dose bottle up the same way as before, by dissolving two pillules in a dropper bottle and then squirting some drops into his mouth?

antied77 last decade
Yes, you please give the dose as suggested earlier.
Regarding let him go about & run freely you need not wait, you start doing right now on-wards. It is a part of treatment to overcome his fears.Once he feels safe without any harm coming to him, he will start enjoying freedom & that is what we want.

Okay thank you. I have always let him run free when possible. But I cannot trust him unless in a fenced in dog park which are available to me. Otherwise he runs to wooded areas. he definitely feels so safest there. It's just so confusing because even as of late, I'm staying with my parents in a quiet suburban area. There were no sights or sounds occurring and he looked off into the distance and wanted to run away and hide. I cannot tell how to help him when there's nothing there! He is afraid of everything unknown. Trash bags on the street, a turtle, people...(but not cars!!) And thankfully he trusts me.

If I look at Fear of Everything, Fear runs away, Fear runs away and hides, Fear of people - really the main remedy is Belladonna.

In the materia medica you get:

Fear of imaginary things, wants to run away, to escape.

Starts in fright when approached, even in the street.

Great anxiety, must flee away.

Wakes full of fright and fear.

Jumps out of bed with fear, tries to run away and hide.

Easily frightened.

Frenzy of fear, desires to escape.

Situation where after some fright, the fear of the fright still remains.

In the repertory you find:

Fear in a crowd
Fear driving them from place to place
Fear with a desire to escape
Fear from noise
Fear, panic attacks, overpowering
Fear, tremulous
Fear, being alone
Fear, of animals
Fear, of dogs
Fear, of others approaching
Fear, constant, of everything
Fear of people
Escape, attempts to (KEYNOTE symptom for Belladonna ie. first remedy to think of)
Escape, attempts to run away
Escape, attempt to, into the street
Hide, desires to (KEYNOTE symptom again)

Hide, desires to, from fear (Ars, Bell, Cupr, Hyos, Merc, Puls, Stram, Tarent)

Yes Dr.Kampson, your perception is very much right,so the line of treatment could be a dose of sulphur to break any Psoric barrier (fear is Psora) & then give Belladonna which will be the best follower as it is the acute of Calc.carb.(a good follower to Sulph.)and I suppose you will like to give him in 1000 potency one dose.Kindly consider & suggest as you deem fit.Thank you.

I would probably go with 200c - level affected is primarily emotional. Like children, I find animals respond quite well to 200c over 30c.

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
Oh man, I wish I had gotten this before I placed the order. :(

antied77 last decade
Thank you both. I'll try the 30 c and if nothing, I'll by the sulphur 300 c. I would very much appreciate what dose of the belladonna of should get so that I can buy them together. I feel very good about this! Thank you both!

antied77 last decade
Anyone? I'd like to know what potency I should purchase of the belladonna please.

antied77 last decade
Both Sulphur & Belladonna in 200c potency as suggested by Dr. kampson should be ok.
