Sir,took merc.sol.200 one dose on 8th may got bit relief,now again feeling pain below ribs (r) expands towards back n chest,sans bhi phulti hai while walking.may be due to change of climate,food as presently I am in u.s.a.please advise

Thanks Sir,Got relief from sepia 200,now I am going back to india n sepia is finished.only having lyco 200,opium 200,sulpher 200,ruta 200,nux 30 with me n have to travel for about 20 hours,as I am again feeling gastric with foul smell n sleep is also not sound.please advise

respected dr.kadwa,iam back to india and request you to advise any medicine as due to jet lak or any other reason not having sound sleep consiquently stomach is also disturbed,having constipation and feels mitli,sans bhi phulti hai while doing any work or walking.waiting for reply.

Please take three doses of Sepia 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

If this doesn't help take Plumbum Met 200. Even after this you don't feel better, take Lycopodium 1M.
