Pilonidal cyst

Hello, I was hoping to get some advice on my pilonidal cyst that has reared it's ugly head. It had a pus head yesterday that burst which gave my back tremendous relief. I thought it might start to drain but it did not. I began taking silicea 30 last night and am taking 4 doses of 4 pills per day. The cyst is quite uncomfortable and looking like it will burst shortly. What do you recommend I do? Take? Thank you in advance for your help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Myristica 30 thrice a day daily until the cyst is completely drained.

Thank you for your fast response. Will Myristica burst the cyst first so that it can drain as it has not burst yet? I was told that Myristica would have no effect on me as I do not fit the Myristica type person. Should I continue the Silicea also or is it of no use as the cyst has not opened? I should note that last night I kept waking up in cold sweats driping wet? Something I should worry about? I don't have a fever or anything and I am drinking plenty of water with a good diet. Thank you in advance for your response.

If silicea is helping you there is no need to take myristica. Myristica works more powerfully than silicea in such conditions. You may take both the remedies at a gap of one hour. It is expected that the remedies will complement each other.
