Diabetic/non Diabetic: Non Diabetic
Bad Habbit: Excessive masturbation started at a very young age of 8 or 10. And I think that the below mentioned symptoms are associated with this act of over masturbation and due to the loss of the vital seminal fluid

General appearance: Centrally obesed (Vest size 40 inches)

Major diseases in the family:
Blood pressure, Sugar, Heart problems, Parkinsons

Personal Medical History:
1st jaundice at the age of 8, 2nd jaundice at the age of 14, Chicken pox at the age of 18, Immune system not good

1. For Nose: (Using a combination remedy for nose problems for over 2 months remedy includes arsenicum album 6x, calcium carbonicum 12x, kalium bichromicum 7x, merc sol 10x, myristica 7x, pulsatila 7x, sanguinaria 6x, sepia 10x) little improvement
2. For Irregular pulse and palpitation: Crataegus MT (still taking and working nicely)
