urethral stricture
HELLOi am 24 years old i want to as k a question from you since i have been taking too many homeopathic medicines for so long i don`t know if taking more will help but i will try nonetheless because going for surgery is not an option
I have been taking
Berberis Vul Q(10 drops 3 times a day)
NPbx(5 pills three times a day)
Nm6x(
5 pills three times a day (for removal of acne and proper flow of blood in veins)
and some random medicine,but never had any benefits from taking these it` been whole year now but no good results i guess
I have a urethral stricture problem for sure because of slow stream,forced stream,uregency,bladder never empty feeling
so i think i should take Atropinum compositum (Rx) instead of Berberis Vul Q(10 drops 3 times a day)
what do you say about that ?
HISTORY
i have been taking black pills of hamdard to stop the premature ejaculation quite frequently and have been taking them as long as 5 years i can remember and they worked too , i know these pills might be the reason for the stricture but now i want to get over with it as fast as i can so please help me Thanks in advance .

5. weight - 55kg
6. Height . 5 ft
7. country - pakistan
8. climate - moderate
9.Decreased force of urinary stream
Incomplete emptying of the bladder
Urinary terminal dribbling,
no smell in urine,two streams intead of one 'because of scarring '
nocturia 'have to wake up at night to urinate between 7 am to 12pm'
anxiety ,nervous ,hoarse when wake up,Itching of nose ,pain in lower abdomen,sometimes pain in chest, redness of cheeks due to itchy,
Red spots. Itching in spots. weight loss
10. i have been suffering from premature ejaculation at first but recovered it took 4 years
After that urethral stricture problem is diagonosed by urologist and confiremed from reports such as urine flow meter ( max flow rate 29 ml/s, avg flow rate 11.7,ml/s,voided volume 669ml) ultrasound of bladder shows 350 ml prevoid and 135 ml postvoid
11.non diabetic
12.desire sour and salt
13.thirst-yes
14.tongue normal
15.current bp (have tried medicines such as detrusitol but no significant change in bp
16. having urge to urinate may be not sleeping well and also having issues with bladder
17.due to nocturia sleep is poor
18.cannot concentrate,nervous
19.it feels terrible having to urinate sometimes 3 to 4 times to empty bladder completely
20. i think i can try more homeopathic medicines to reduce my disease
