att: David/Brisbane homeopath

Hi David, my brother has a stress fracture in his lower back that is causing him great pain. he has a lot of nerve pain on a scale of 10/10 every day and inflammation, like a pars defect. the stress fracture is the L3 and L4 vertebrae. is there any remedy which can assist him with this problem?
