Yeah, purple bruise still there but it was heavy when I was on sepia and yesterday and today it is lesser pain.

Dr. Nawaz, Thanks for the email. I had taken avena sativa yesterday one dose in morning. but after that MC started so I stopped that.
I have not taken anything today.

I feel no pains during MC. Flow is normal. 2nd and 3rd day more. continue upto 5 days. sleep well. apetite well.
mind Alhamdulillah well.
constipation is present.
green hard and round stool. pinching pain in rectum. lasting for short time. after bowl and arising anytime of day.
I think this will be cured with veggies. InshAllah. I am too afraid of diarhea then constipation.
slight pain in lower left of stomach after eating but vanishes after some time.
I had upper GI series with bowl and colonoscopy done every thing was fine Alhamulillah.
runny nose still there. had to wear sweater and socks all the time even at home.
one good thing is feet use to hurt lot and no pain. but slight pain in heels which started 10 days ago.
knee bruise is disappeared.
hair fall too much and whole scap is sore with dryness - not dandruff. need hair remedy please.
sleeping well. eyes not hurting. but often blurriness in eye, checked eye sight 6 mths back no number.
seen slight improvement in weight.

Update for Jaborandi (liquid dilution 3c).
I have taken it for 7 days - 3 times a day.
In the begining feeling of restlesness and awakeness in the mind. but later days it was o.k.
stomach Alhamdulillah fine. between the gap of remedies felt like I will go Loose BMS, but taking the remedies helped me hold the food and able to eat normal. and able to do normal activities.
Hairs very soft and stopped falling and the rough dryness is reduced.
as usual with most of the remedies some itchiness on the skin on back but not extreme.
the bruise on knee was very obvious when i was on sepia.
with the gap of any remedies. example if i am not on any remedies for a weak or so, first my sleep is disappearing. followed by stomach upset. and hairs started falling.
I feel these are the effects of all those constitutional remedies I have taken before I met you.
lower part of abdomen still feel very week and lower left and right part of abdomen seems sensitive in movements.
heavy white discharge as usual.
Mix of constipation and diarrhea still there.
