Dr. Nawaz, I have some bad news and sorry to say this.


Dr. Nawaz, I am having very uneasy feeling in the head like some heavyness and something piercing and forehead painful soon after taking the remedy with dizziness. and the forehead have small pimples. These symptoms disappearing after an hour.

some pain in stomach after taking remedy.

could hardly move my self around the house. and lots of sleep and nausea feeling.


constipation and acidity come back.

feverish feeling.

balance disturb some times while walking.


I am having enough sleep and enough food but not feeling refreshing. Menatally I am feeling like all the remedies are rejecting my body and loss of hope.


and constant low voice, inconvenience in throat. pinching/ twitching sensation in my back randomly. I had this feeling since two days but today I got it clear when I noticed it after taking my evening dose of b.vulgaris Q.

I feel bad to tell you all this.

Dr. Nawaz, I stopped it today. I didnot take morning dose. I took it for 3 days.


The name written on the bottle is BERBERIS VULG mother tincture made in 65% alcohol. and I got it from Hylands homeopathic lab.

They had this in stock.

I dont know where to find the brand name. since I dont find another name on it. And it is written rheumatism and eczema.

Dr. Nawaz, I stopped the remedy this morning. But the burning sensation was moved from upper forehead( all area) to the top of head on left side. Please suggest me something to antidote the effect of the last remedy.

Also i am having rash and sensitiveness in the Vag. area.

my current conditions are as follows.

Mentally very worried and anxiety.

lots of grumbling sounds all over stomach. little bit of pain in stomach and acidity and back to khicdi rice and soy milk.

nausea gone and no constipation but always feeling like going BM. Stomach enlarged and bulge with flatulence and grumbling.

As long as on remedy can eat anything and as soon as I stopped remedy I am afraid of my life with my stomach problem.

I could not have hold myself for going to BM so I used some unani medicine but my stomach can hardly survive the rice.

pain in forehead, eyebrows is still there. ( might be from my chronic sinus).

little pain in the lower back randomly on different places in the lower side but more in the middle.

scratchy sensation on the back of neck.

shakiness in body while standing mostly like to sit with legs up.

heals were hurting little bit.

MC date 30th, seems it will be on time.

lots of mucus in throat with air condition on.

Little bit of pain in rectum but gone after some time.

very hard to gain weight.

I have trust in your treatment since you are sincere and truthful. May Allah swt give shifa in your treatments.

Welcome back home.We are glad to see you on forum.

Here is my update. I have taken argentum nitrcum 200c for two days one dose each day.

I have uneasy feeling. I have distended stomach, grumbling sound of water and gas and bloated. feeling of undigestion and acidity. I control the diarrhea through unani in period but if I stop the lose motions and then I feel nauseated. Combination of diarrhea and constipation.
My anger of yelling, shouting is decreased but not over.
I see a change in my sweating. Lot of sweat under arms and on face.
and I had swelling round small under both eyes and on exact position and pain less. and pimple on nose.

I had menses on time and that are bright red and thick with clots, heavy 2 days in morning and afternoons and minimal on third & fourth day.

I have scratchy sensation all the time in the neck. back pain is reduced.
and legs feel perfect fine with no pain at all. where as I used to have tremedous pain.
but my neck is stiff on the left may be wrongly slept.

sleep is very sudden and deep and out of control and not refreshing when wake up.

If i go out even in little bit of cold weather I feel feverish and could not tolerate more heat or cold.

slow reactions to people slangs and feel scared if people stare and act inferior and started folding hands or become too consious of my own actions.

could not balance well without support.

looking forward for further instructions.

Good updates:-

Alhamdulillah I see a little bit improvement in my energy level.
Head aches are reduced.
Back ache is reduced too.
slight neck pain on sides difficulty turning neck. May be due to weakness.
legs feel very light and good can able to walk normally without shoes unlike winter where i use to have socks and shoes inside.
catching of cold easily is reduced though weather is windy.


Bad updates:-

BM hard. Mucus in stool.
distended stomach.
acidity reduced.
Pimples appearing
sleep well.
small red moles appearing on face and stomach.
hair fall as usual.

No I dont have watery mouth or drooling.
but tongue and corners of lips forms white coating often more at wake up time.
and the coating is all over lips but more in corners.

How are you? May ALLah swt keep you safe and health.

I am taking Lycopodium 200C for 3 days 3 times a day.

Good update:

Stomach bloating is reduced some.
gases and farting from V increased.
no heart burn
heavy headedness little bit decreased
but no head aches
distended stomach reduced.
and good sleep.

Bad Update:
one new thing is I have a deep sharp pain in my forearm. at one particular position(near lipomas( fat deposition)) and it is comming for a couple of minutes constantly after every 5 - 10 mts and disappearing.
The skin feel hard at the time of pain.

stool yellow hard and incomplete.
hair fall more and dry scalp as before

I reported early because of the sharp pain in forearm.

Need your further suggestion.
I feel bad to give you bad news. But InshAllah we will not give up.
