Assalam Alaikum WrWb,
Dr. Nawaz,
I completed the arsenic album 200c for 3 days for 2 times a day.
The symptoms are as follows.
sleep well, hairs well, no pains, little bit of scratcy in the neck, no rashes, no knee pains, no sole pain, no headaches.
BM is very funny. NO matter how much I eat I didnot get it cleared in these three days. I went once in a day but very little. I feel better with this state since I dont have to wrry about diarrhea being weak.
and the weight stills seems to be same and it is not reflecting what I eat.
stomach swelling decreased to some extent.
No W discharge or V itching. or no raash anywhere.
Menatally I am peacful. no frustration. anxiety and worries decreased.
hairs were soft when i was on this remedy . and the hair fall less but still there.(need remedy for stopping hair fall please.)
I dont know how but Alhamdulillah the good news is the dryness of scalp is reduced.

the following were the symptoms after taking jaborandy 3c for 7 days.
'In the begining feeling of restlesness and awakeness in the mind. but later days it was o.k.
Hairs very soft and stopped falling and the rough dryness was reduced.
as usual with most of the remedies some itchiness on the skin on back was there but not extreme.
lower part of abdomen felt week and lower left and right part of abdomen seems sensitive in movements.
heavy w discharge was there. and mix of constipation/diarrhea.'

Dr. Nawaz, I started remedies on 2 days before. and I had taken alumina 30c first day and I started going more BM I stopped it.
But I continue on alfaalfa Q.
Mental symptom I am Alhamdulillah Fine. A little bit of forhead ache but not lot.

Yeah it was constant and since i started the remedies.
But It disappeared today.
I forgot to say this in last email I have a sharp pain in the lower right side at the place of ovary. it was constant since 2 days and this pain also reduced today.
I feel deep sleep.

stomach muscles seems tightening up after eating, unlike before where I feel bloated stomach.
