INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING

Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2 granules or 2 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.

Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).

Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.

This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.

Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).

Start with 1/4 cup of water.

Remedies take several days to begin to 'kick in', and you may not see improvement until a week has passed. It may also take several doses before you see marked changes.

Generally the homoeopathic aggravation will start within the first 3 days, it will peak at 3-5 days, and improvement begins once the aggravation recedes.

Sounds like it could be working. Obviously I wouldn't expect one dose to do everything, and there may be some 'back and forth' improvement and relapse for awhile too.

Once a week has passed we will assess the overall response and decide how to proceed.

Only do the 3 doses in total, then stop. Too many doses will aggravate you.

Ok that is great. A good start. Now what we do is wait for about a week to see how the remedy continues to change things, and how stable those changes are. Repeat doses, while often necessary, must be timed correctly to avoid too much disturbance to your system.

What I would like you to do, seeing as how the remedy appears to be the right one, is get hold of 200c as well for later. While it is possible 30c could complete the cure, I suspect that it is more likely we would need to go up in potency sometime in the future.

Actually it is more likely a second remedy will interfere but I understand your position.

It is quite likely the Theridion would help you through this event as well actually, although one always has to confirm the symptom before taking any remedy.

Are the symptoms of the cold your normal symptoms but worse?

Then repeat the Theridion. It doesn't sound like you have moved out of your chronic state into a new one that needs a different remedy.

Just wait. Remedies can continue to work for days and weeks afterwards.

Don't move to 200 yet, doing that too quickly will cause a huge upset. Needs to be done at the right time.

For the moment lets see what we can get out of 30c.

Hit the bottle 4 times and repeat the dose. Just one.

Ok in that case take a single dose of the 200, as you first did with the 30.
