You should notice a reaction within the first 3 days of the dose, which usually will be a worsening of your current symptoms. That aggravation will usually peak at about 3-5 days, and begin to taper off after that. The second week is where you will more easily be able to see improvement, and at 3 weeks we can judge the stability of the change. The first week is usually quite difficult as symptoms worsen and fade, old symptoms come back and then disappear.

No you have to assess the response of a patient to decide when to redose. Everything in homoeopathy is individualised. Some people need daily doses, some people have one dose that lasts them for years.

No coffee does not antidote homoeopathy. That is an old and ridiculous superstition that seems to never die.

Yes one of the effects of a curative remedy is to create a great need for sleep. This is a worsening of your normal state though isn't it?

It is likely to be a remedy reaction. I have seen patients do this before, they may report a larger than normal need for sleep for a week or so after the remedy. Sleep is part of the natural healing mechanisms of the body and this is what is activated when a homoeopathic medicine begins to work.

Depression is better.
Anxiety seems a small bit better.
Loneliness seems better.
Acne is better (but started using a gentler soap, could be that).
Irritability is worse (but I have PMS right now I think).
Agitation is worse.
Becoming upset when I don't feel heard is worse.
Sensitivity to sound is worse.
Sadness seems worse.
Tiredness is about the same.

Still aggravating then. It is a long one but some people are like that. We will need to wait a few more days to see how things change. If you get stuck at this stage then another dose will usually get things going again.

Ok. I am very sensitive to homeopathic remedies (which is weird because I have usually been undersensitive to allopathic medicines). It doesn't feel like a terrible aggravation though. I actually felt pretty ok for most of yesterday. I would usually be starting to feel like this around now or before (its about 6 days before my period). So it could be PMS, I'm not sure that would be better yet after taking this only one time. I am not bloated though, I usually would be.

Also, I know you said coffee was not a problem, but I sometimes use a topical acne stick that is very fragrant and contains calendula, tea tree oil, and eucalyptis oil. Should I stay away from this? I used this last night and I'm wondering if it could have antidoted and if I should redose. Thanks!
