Abdominal fat

I am 52 years old, 78 kg, male, diabetic since 1995. My lifestyle is quite active as I go for walks and do yoga at least thrice in a week.

I have tried many things to reduce abdominal fat but have not been successful.

Can anyone help me reduce my abdomen fat?
