Need Anxiety Help - Pounding/Pulsing Heart and Extremeties, Nevousness, Acid Reflux, and More : Dr Joe?

Hey everybody, hey Dr. Joe,

My name is Taylor and I am a 24 year old male who is battling constant anxiety and adrenal fatigue. It all started back in August of 2010 when I almost died of a Prilosec overdose(body could not process the toxin). Ever since this traumatic experience, my body's 'fight or flight' response has constantly been on and it is wearing on my body. I can't seem to turn it off.

Ever since then I have been to the ER over ten times and numerous doctors which include a cardiologist, endocrinologist, gastroenterologist and plenty of other General practitioners and after dozens of bloodtests, CT-scans, and MRIs, they have deemed me healthy.

My natural (holistic) doctor has ran some test and it has come back that I have Adrenal fatigue and that this constant state of worry has worn out my adrenal glands. In order to heal this condition, I have to be able to turn off the stress/fight or flight hormones and return to a state of peace. Only problem is that I don't know how.

I was just wondering if there was a homeopathic remedy for constant stress, 'fight or flight' stuck on, worrying.

My symptoms right now include:

- Pounding Heart (I can feel my heart beating in my chest and extremeties due to constant adrenaline release, normal blood pressure and heart rate while resting)

- Constant worrying/ Uneasy feeling in my chest

- Acid Reflux/Indigestion (especially at night)

- Adrenal Fatigue

- Inability to stand drugs or alcohol

- Inabilty to exercise

I have been seeing a counselor and practicing some meditation and it has helped but it is taking a lot of time.

Homeopathic Questionnaire:
- Location of symptoms- All over
- What started it off - The trauma of almost dying
- When its worse- When I have panic attacks, pounding heart while sleeping
- When it feels better- After a good meditation session
- Sleep Patterns- Ok sleep patterns
- What am I sensitive to- Small amounts of stress, exercise, drugs and alcohol
- State of mind- Constantly anxious
- Aversions to food- Highly processed and sugary food causing my anxiety and pounding heartbeat to be worse
- Any major diseases- Poland syndrome
- Medicine Reactions- No serious effects on any medication except for Prilosec. It is the reason why I feel this way

THE PILL POPPING CULTURE
http://print.dailymirror.lk/editorial/106-editorial/56457.ht....

You are a living example of the rackets that doctors foist on their patients as detailed in this Editorial in our local press which quotes me.

If after reading it you still wish to be treated by me, I shall try to help you. In this event I shall require a complete list of ALL drugs that you are taking with dosage, on a daily basis.

You can also complete the Patient's Questionnaire on:

Hey Dr. Joe,

I read your article and I agree with it 100%. I used to put blind trust into whatever the doctor told me. It wasn't until I almost died from and over the counter medication (Prilosec) that I started to question these 'medicines'.

As for my list of medicines, I'm not on any medications at this moment. My doctor wants to put me on Zantac as well as Ativan but I simply don't go fill the prescription. I have been trying meditation, vitamins, and healthy meals in order to overcome my anxiety/acid reflux/pounding heart but things are progressing very slowly if at all.

I can't turn off the adrenaline/epinephrine pump in my body due to my past trauma. Once I can turn off this fight or flight mechanism and get ahold of my anxiety, I should be able to heal.

Thanks again Dr. Joe!

I would like you to complete the Patient's questionnaire to get more data to work on your case but since you have not done so I shall treat you for GERD for which I see that you have overdosed yourself with Prilosec.

I am copying my default therapy for GERD:

It is very likely that you are suffering from Gastritis aka GERD (Gastro Esophagal Reflux disease) and I shall copy the therapy I have prescribed to hundreds of patients who presented GERD, the large majority of whom have been cured.

Your remedies are as follows:

Nat Phos 6x dose 3-4 tablets taken immediately after each of 2 meals
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

You can expect relief from your ailment hopefully within 24 hours.
Do not eat large meals. Eat small meals but more often if you feel hungry. Do not drink more that a few sips of water after your meals. This is to prevent the further dilution of your gastric juice which can then reflux into your Esophagus which results in GERD.

It is important that you do not go to bed for at least 2 hours after dinner as food will take about this time to digest and it is best to stay awake and upright to enable your food to digest before going to bed.

No fatty food, alcohol, coffee, preserved meats like sausages, ham, bacon as they contain Saltpeter which will antidote the remedies listed immediately.

If you suffer from a stomach ache or you feel your stomach puffing up before a meal during the day between meals this is usually due to hunger pains, caused by your gastric juices attacking the inner wall of your stomach. The simple remedy is to eat some food like a biscuit or a banana to keep the gastric juice away from digesting the stomach wall when you will experience a stomach ache which in some cases can be very acute.

You must drink at least 3 liters of liquids, preferably water daily and you must also exercise for at least half hour daily to sweat it out as this is all part of my therapy to overcome GERD.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Liquid Alcohol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.

Please visit the links below which record the cases of other patients whom I have treated for GERD.

STOP using all other drugs and report progress in a week.
