Molluscum

I am a sexually active male who first noticed the bumps around my pubic area. My dermo said the only way to get rid of them effectively is to scrape them off. Sensing that my dermo had a sadistic nature, i opted to try aldara and liquid nitrogen, both did nothing. The scraping worked except there was some scarring and actually quite painful because i had so many. They have now spread to my penis and directly under the head, i definitely do not want him to scrape there, any suggestions?
