Breastfeeding - baby allergies

I am breastfeeding my four week old and worry that she may be developing allergies ( possibly to cats in the house. Would she benefit from me now taking something like echinacea / luffa now even though I myself have no allergies?

you could take echinacea - do you mean herbal or homeopathic? what is luffa?
what signs is your baby showing of allergy?
