Erection problem

Dear Sir,

I am having Erectile Dysfunction since the past 7 years. It was felt when i was doing masturbation in the night.

I am unable to sustain erection during coitus. As soon as I start the process, the penis softens. I loose the penetration and feel very very weak, fully exhausted and unable to ejaculate inside.

Even during masturbation, it takes an hours time to get orgasm.

Pl advise.
