hi dr..i am having so much trouble as my weight is in a constant increase.i have done severe dieting and hard workout too..and i did loose weight once that was 2 years back but at that time i was also taking glucophage and orslim..i reduced to 78kb from 90 and it remained there till almost a year but when i started to work out again, i developed back ache n then pain in my knee..which is still have i am just 24 and single..i am very mcuh worried..i dnt feel thirsty and do not eat alot..but no matter what i do my weight is not decreasing..i am also taking aerobics classes but no help. i feel very upset and also weak internally. lots of unwanted hair have grown oin the body and strtch marks have been develpoed too..
please help me..my thighs, hips and my arms they are the areas to be focused specially..along with this is the problem of polycusytic ovaries

I have already prescribed Nat Phos 6x for your mother in the other post.
I note that you also have PCOS and the remedy is:
Bellis Perennis 30c in the Wet dose.
The reason for your weight increase is your PCOS and this remedy should hopefully help you.

Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets taken after each of 3 meals daily.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
