Sir i have been taking natphos 6 2 pills 3 times a day and arnica 2 times in wetdose from past month i experienced 1kg of weightloss,no difference in belly fat pl. guide me ahead.asgarali_maniar on 2012-01-13

i do like these but do not have it regularly.

Now i urged ur help/suggestions reg. my wife's ailment.i am giving u some information about my wife which help u to determine proper medicine.
a)sheis 50y.old
b) her weight is 70kgs and 5ft ht.
c)she has no bp,no sugar,no cholesterol(may be light)
d)she do not share meal with me.
e)her present physical problems are as follows:-
she is fatty,she has weakness,can't walk fast, sometimes suffer from ear & tonsil pain specially from cold. knee pain problem(not permanently)it cure when anti pain tab.are taken.she has no libido/sex. hair fallen about 50%. she has leg pain at night. she has operated uterus and ovary long before e.i.12yrs ago.
Generally she takes no medicine but some times anti pain tabs.at present she taking vitamin tab.
f)6-8 glasses water generally.takes but in summer it is more.

Please do the following.
1) Please keep rice out from your food intake.
2) Try some fruits or salad instead of peanuts ( you can take peanuts also).
3) Your exercise timing is very wrong. After dinner ie: 9:00 pm. You should not do exercise at 11:00 pm. shift the exercise schedule in the morning. (Any queries on this let me know).
4) Increase your water intake ( 10-15 glasses per day), duuring cold sesaon you can adjust.
5) Avoid white sugar instead go for natural Honey.
6) Please take water one hour before and after meal ( Avoid cold water, warm is most preferred)
7) A big glass of warm water with a dash of lemon and honey, early morning empty stomach is very much required.
8) Shift your exercise session to early morning after Water-Lemon-Honey sip.(Min of 45 min).
9) Your weight is ok, your main concern is your waist line (is it like apple?). Measure your stomach making sure the measuring tape goes on your navel. And measure your chest making sure it moves from chest nipples. Let me know the reading of both.
Answer the following:

Regarding waistline -yes u can say its apple.

I am not sure abt anxiety but i do unnecessary worry sometimes about what will be my boss's requirements whether i will be able to give it etc.

No, i always measure my food.
i do indulge in fatty food if it is pakoras but that is may be twice in a month.

Dear Maniar,
Thanks for every input and acceptance. Office requirment stress is OK. Occasional eating of avoided food items does not do much damage to body, just take care it should not turn to habit. As far as possible indulge in more fruits and salads intake and good intake of water to flush out accumulated toxins in stomach.
Also make sure to loosen your belt while sitting in office for long hours, to reduce the stress on tummy area.
Exercise tips:
You can add few exercise which will tone up your stomach muscle to its proper shape.
1)Inhale and Exhale, Now stop your breathing and try to suck your stomach inside as far as you can, keep it in that position for 5 sec and then release, breathe normal.Do this for 5 times for first week and gradually increase it.
2) Try to throw air outside from your nose by keeping your mouth closed. Use good force to blow air from nose. During this process your stomach will give you a good jerk, this is what is required. Do it for five minutes initialy.
3) For time being avoid pushups at ground level. Try doing at 45 degree angle.
4)Dont stress your back trying any forward bending or back bending. Just take care of that. Once belly goes flat you can go for that.
The above said stomach-toning workout will help you tighten and strengthen your abdominal muscles. Remember that reducing a fat stomach takes time and effort. There is just no easy way to flatten your stomach. Do not be impatient and just remain focused on your goal.
If jogging or walking is a problem try soft music and dance to your heart this will help your matabolism to burn belly fat.
Follow the above said routine for a week and keep me update of the improvement. I got one symptom of laziness from your last post this shows your matabolism is slow, dont worry your system will get rectified.
Dont forget to update , have a Healthy day ALWAYS.

Dear Nikkie,
Just updating you with the results in 1 weeks time,not much difference in weight but yes there is a difference in appearence,tummy seems to look bit tucked,earlier as i said i was taking Nat-phos6 and now i hv stopped laast week i experienced constipation,exercise in morning are bit difficult but m sticking to it i missed 2 days.

Dear Asgarali Maniar,
As per your body index your weight is good, you wont loose your weight. Is it constipation is your old problem? Try maintaing your exercise schedule in the morning (No late night exercise).
Please arrange for Nux. Vomica 200 (in liquid). Take smallest bottel size.
For constipation:
1) Use hot water to clean 4 dry figs and then soak them overnight. Eat the figs next morning and drink the water in which they were soaked. It is beneficial if you eat the figs in the evening as well.
2) Take one dose of Nux Vomica 200, before going to bed in the night. Repeat for three nights and stop.
One dose means
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3-4 drops of medicine in some 20 ml (Approx. 2 sip) water then mix slowly with spoon. Sip up the content slowly.
Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Update me after taking figs for two days in a stretch. The above advice is for constipation.

Please stop Arnica in wet dose. Plz arrange for following medicine's.
Calcarea Carb 30 and
Lycopodium 30 in liquid dilution.
Take 1 dose of calcarea carb and 1 dose of Lycopodium for five days.
Example:
6:00 am cal. cab
6:00 pm Lyco.
OR.
7:00 am Cal.Cab
7:00 pm Lyco.
STOP nux. Vom. Three days after stopping Nux. Vom. start with above two medicines. Try to drink water as much as you can. dont take any medicine for three days. DO the following for three days:
Before going to bed cut thin slices of one garlic (not the entire pod), just golp it down with cup of water and go to bed. You can start doing this from today onwards, and let me know what was the result in the next morning or entire day. We have three days with us so you can gahead with this. Track the symptoms and let me know. You can continue with dry fig tip.

STOP nux. Vom. Three days after stopping Nux. Vom. start with above two medicines. Try to drink water as much as you can. dont take any medicine for three days. DO the following for three days:
Before going to bed cut thin slices of one garlic (not the entire pod), just golp it down with cup of water and go to bed. You can start doing this from today onwards, and let me know what was the result in the next morning or entire day. We have three days with us so you can gahead with this. Track the symptoms and let me know. You can continue with dry fig tip.

After taking garlic i had burning sensation on tongue the next morning.
The other 2 medicines Lyco and cal.cab gives me dead sleep at night.
Constipation rules but not that actively.
Feels as if stomach is full of Gas.Have a good weekend.

Dear Maniar,
Hope you had gone with garlic tip next day after stopping nux vom. And the days you had taken calc. carb and lyco. you dint took raw garlic. Garlic tip was only for three days thats all. You need to golp the garlic don keep it on your tongue, it is a very strong antiseptic in very natural form :-) dont worry it is ok.
Now dont take any medicine. Wait for five days and watch the progress. If you feel feel gas like pressure in your stomach do the following:
1) Take a glass of water, to this add half fresh lime juice and black salt(it needs to be black salt) as per taste have it.
Enjoy your weekend too.
If dry figs are still there you can continue with that too. Give some brief about your Jaundice. And what medicines were used (if homeopathy was used).

Frankly speaking i took garlic only for 2 days m sorry for that,will stop the medicine and watch the progress.
Regarding Jaundice-I took Allopathy for the first one,the next 2 times was Ayurvedic medicines as i m not very comfortable with needles and those glucose bottles all the three times it was severe,my weight went down to 40KG.only because of this jaundice i cant go for heavy exercise(weights)as i m concious abt this belly fats.and with the grace of almighty u had been a great help.
