Weightloss help
Hello I am 29 yr. Old female looking to get to a healthy body and mind. I've struggled with my weight all my life and looking for supplements/natural medicine to take to help. I have rheumatoid arthritis (for 13 yrs now) and struggle to have energy/motivation to workout sometimes. I also adapted a Paleo lifestyle like I did 2 years ago (when I lost 130 pounds but had gained 80 back due to moving to a new state away from my family. Probably from anxiety and nervous.) but am not loosing weight like I have in the past. No, I do not sweat profusely or wet my pillow. I sweat when I'm nervous under my arms though and for my workouts as well.
Right now in going through a rough time with my spouse. So there is lots of stress , self doubt, and a general feeling of not feeling good enough. I typically have a calm personality but I feel panicked and increased heart rate during stress. Sometimes it's hard to read or focus due to my anxiety and I find myself needing to walk and look at nature and sunshine to relax. I am known for smiling and singing but due to stress , I find myself having to be quiet to avoid altercations with my spouse.
I would say my periods are also average They are 5-7 days in length and heaviest on day 3-4.
I have a curvy body I am 210 pounds at 5 feet 4 inches. My stomach isn't necessarily large bc I am thicker in my arms and legs making me look proportionally chunky. I do have a large butt that helps with my curvy shape.
I would say typically , I am always hungry. When i get upset, i use to binge eat. I am trying to replace that with positive reinforcements like sunshine, trees and trying to ground myself.

So the pellets Have came in. For the nux com 200, should I take just 1x 30 min before dinner Or do I take 3x with 15 min each after each other ?

I assume you are meaning take each pellet 15 minutes apart with the last pellet (#3) being taken at least 30 min before dinner?
The calc carb you said to take it 3 times a day initially but how about with the the pellets?

Hello! Just checking back in after 7 days. I have officially lost 3 pounds making my total weight 208 pounds at 5 feet 4 inches! I find myself going to the.bathroom more which is great as well! The only weird side effect that I had noticed was a weird pain under my armpits and heart area when there was high amounts of stress present. I think was more due to pressure than the homeo. But overall I didn't notice anything too strange or unmanageable. What should be my next steps for the rest of my weightloss back down to 150?
