Possible UTI in 5 year old

My daughter is showing signs of a urinary tract infection: Frequent urination with little or no urine and a burning sensation at the end of urination. It began suddenly yesterday, but after drinking many fluids (water, cranberry juice) she appears to be better today. It has happened before with symptoms coming and going, thats why i am not at ease even though she appears fine today.
She has also a blocked nose with discharge yellowish and difficult to blow, as if stuck behind nostril. She has a cough which sounds like its due to her nasal discharge, as if stuck to her throat. Other than that her behaviour, mood, appetite normal.

Is there something I could give her for her urinary symptoms?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Pulsatilla 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next few days. This should also help her cold and cough.

Thanks Dr Kadwa! Just posting to say that the remedy did help. I, like many others, forget to update once the remedy has been taken and I apologise for that.
Feedback is always valuable!
