My husband has been having a problem with sleep for a long while now. He falls asleep whenever he is in horizontal or sitting positions in a matter of minutes. Also he always wakes up interrupted at night at least once and wakes up after 5 hours of sleep at the most. He works very hard and is a person prone to worry and anxiety, an overachiever and has a high post in his job. Pls help! We hardly can spend anytime together afternoon without him dozing off.
