This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homoeopathy is an individualised medical treatment that should not be mixed with other therapies, as they will interfere and diminish the effect of our medicines. I will always take patients off ayurvedic medicine (and other types of herbal treatments). If a patient cannot be taken off the allopathic/antipathic orthodox medicines, then it is necessary to try and work alongside them. There will always be problems with this though, as the continued suppression will interfere with the homoeopathic medicines attempt to stimulate the symptoms into activity.

Always keep use of other medicines and therapies to a minimum. If the patient's health is not put at risk doing so, remove use of all other medicines. Often the symptoms that are being suppressed, are necessary for us to see the whole picture and make a sucessful prescription.
