I have not noticed your post till now.

Earlier I mentioned I've been having mild headaches for 3-4 days. Yesterday and today, I feel better, without headaches so I am relieved.

My period is over today as well. It was not as heavy as usual, without cramps.

I cannot feel the cyst but I think it is slightly sore-I almost do not feel it. It is definitely much better compared to before I took the remedy.

I am feeling good (as I would feel on regular day). My mind is clear and I feel calm. I hope it answers the question.

I have been a sufferer of a recurring Bartholin Gland Cyst for over 5 years. I had to have it lanced about this time last year and I can already feel it coming back. There is a very slight discomfort/twinging in the area of the cyst but it's not much. I know from the past, it can get bad if the cyst becomes infected.

I took the Silicea about 3 times a day last year but at that point, the cyst was infected and needed to be lanced.

Are you encountering late periods?
A little bit, I think. I maybe have my period every 4.5-5 weeks. I've never really timed them before but it's never the same exact time every month.

I just received the remedies you recommended:

Staphysagria 200c
Hydrastis 30C
Pulsatilla 30C

Please advise what dosages of each and how often - I have the liquid, not the pellets - are the directions on the bottles sufficient (10 drops with water 3x/day)?


There have been no changes in the cyst - but some achiness in the general area that seems to come and go.

The label says to take 3-6 pellets 3-4 times a day, so how many should I take for the one daily dose?

Dissolve 4 pellets in 1/4th glass of mineral water for each dose.

Hi Dr. Khan,

I was at the second doctor's recheck today and she said that she could still see that the cyst is there but it is very soft. That is why I could hardly even notice or feel it (or I do not notice it at all). Any thoughts?

I developed a slight yeast infection. For that reason, my doctor prescribed me one table of Fluconazole to treat yeast infection.

Should I wait to take a tablet till after I am done with the course of remedies?

Also, because of taking previous antibiotics, I developed Bacterial Vaginosis (I've been having slight itching for the couple of days but never considered it). For that reason, she prescribed another round of antibiotics 'Metronidazole' to treat Bacterial Vaginosis.

My mood has been kind of anxious today and could not sleep well within the past 3 days.

Should I wait till the end of our remedy course to take the new antibiotics?

OR, would you recommend taking antibiotics at all? If not, what are your suggestions for treatment of the yeast infection and Bacterial Vaginosis?

I have looked everywhere for Staphysagria 200 in liquid but the most homeopathy stores have only pallets in 200. I purchased that. They told me to ask you how many pallets I need to disolve in water.

When should I start Hydrastis 30 and Ignatia Amara 200? And if I may ask, what is the benefit of these?
